Chocolate connoisseur Katie Chan has long had a fondness for all things food and beverage since at a young age. Following her passion for food and the enthusiasm to promote an “eat well” philosophy, she founded her own company in 2013 – “The Chocolate Club Hong Kong” with the vision to promote chocolate appreciation to the masses through education and to import a carefully curated selection of fine chocolate brands to widen the selection Bon of high quality chocolate products in Hong Kong.

In 2021, she co-founded and opened a Chocolate Concept Cafe - CHOKOHOOD in Tai Hang, Hong Kong aims to offer a wide range of delicious chocolate drinks and desserts to chocolate lovers in Hong Kong. The idea is to show how versatile chocolate can be, not limited to the form of chocolate, but to use every single part of the cacao fruit.
