Beans sourced from the Big Island of Hawaii yield a subtle dark chocolate unique to Hawaii's tropical terroir with light floral notes of honeysuckle. This is the first bar that Manoa made with purely Hawaiian cacao. Hawaii's tropical climate makes it the only U.S. state capable of cacao cultivation.
