    Taiwan #2 70% sea salt chocolate (plz specify the new version: with fleur de sel of Taiwan from Jia Yi County) brings out the subtle and deep aroma from our attentive fermentation, with the hint of soy sauce, miso and spices.It goes very well with the spices , such as white/black pepper, chili , milk ornutmeg, and even garlic or onion.

     

    All of the Taiwan Chocolates are made from tree to bar in Fu Wan inPing-Tung county, that means we do the fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding...all by ourself with the highest.
