Domori was founded in 1997 at Turin, Italy, Gianluca Franzoni, the founder, travelled to Venezuala and started to fall in love with the magic of cacao. In Venezuela, a noble dream was born: to discover the soul of chocolate. A dream which has come true in the form of a company that constantly strives for excellence, reaching some incredible achievements.

 

  • Domori was the first company in the world to use exclusively fine cocoa.

  • The first to produce a chocolate from Criollo cacao.

  • The first to recover the biodiversity of Criollo cacao in the field.

  • The first to create a 100% cocoa bar.

  • The first to re-use an ancient and simple formula using only cocoa paste and sugar, without butter, vanilla or lecithin.
