Delivery & Returns
We only deliver to address in Hong Kong for the moment. (Sorry, chocolate lovers in other countries!)
We use SF Express or Hong Kong Post for delivering your chocolates. There are areas that we will not be able to deliver. Check out Service Area for details.
Delivery time is Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holiday. Please allow 3 – 5 working days to receive your order after order confirmation. If your order is placed on a Friday, we will proceed your order on the Monday after. If your order is placed on a public holiday, we will proceed your order on the first working day after the holiday.
Special notice: From August 2020, we will change the goods dispatching date on every Monday and Wednesday.
For example, if you place an order on Thursday or Friday, your order will be dispatched on the next Monday.
A delivery fee of HKD 50 will be charged per order below $500. For delivery that is over $500 can enjoy the free shipping service.
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order can be returned within 3 days of delivery only (counting from the goods received date) if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please take pictures of the defective item and send it to our email below. We will also pay the return shipping costs in this case.

In the event of a dispute, The Chocolate Club Hong Kong's shall be final and conclusive.
